DSMSCDIO spells DISCO FEVER

So today I took a pre workout that got me all ready for the gym. I went in with several ideas that I wanted to do but couldn’t land on one. I finally decided to do this upper body routine that one of my friends (another trainer) showed me. With my chest ready to quit, my back wondering when it was gonna be over, and my shoulders screaming at me trying to break my will, I finally finished the routine. I had written out a workout for a friend and when I went to check on them I found that they were only in the middle of their routine. So it was time for abs. Some crunches here and there, some planks, and V-ups. Went back to check on them again - still working, sweatin, telling me it was a good workout. I made sure their form was good and spot a few exercises, the longer i stood there the more jealous I became.

They finally finished and I was thinking “there is no way they’re doing more than me, time for intervals” - 30s exercises w/ 15s rest. I only had the first 4 exercises planned out, the rest I came up with on the spot. 40 minutes later I finally stopped.

It’s nice to see that I’m finally in shape and that I feel I can pretty much handle whatever is thrown my way, especially since this is light day. Tomorrow is gonna be tough, gotta make sure I’m ready for MMA training, heavier weights, and clients with endurance.
