Never know what you got …
So today along with everyone else in the area we went to work to find there was no power. So we waited for the few clients that were going to show up to let them know to head back home. We finally were walking out the door to head home for a nice day off when we were informed that our VA sister site needed extra staff - yup, that meant us. So we went to help out only to get put into rooms with no instruction on the structure of the program or anything else.
Anyways, the whole point is sometimes you go to work and thing “man this was a shitty day”, or maybe you just aren’t satisfied with how things are run or whatever and sometimes we loose site of the blessings that we already have and how great things may be. So every now and then, doesn’t matter when - just think about what you do have, and if it’s about a job just think about how many people don’t. We really do have it good
